I believe the teams integration for SolarWinds is severely lacking and a good first step would be to add a CC field because teams is a great way to move away from email communication but to move people from email to teams the features need to be similar and that regards being able to add others to a ticket. Regarding the created ticket form this needs to be much more customizable. For example, that can be moving the placement of the description box or addable widgets like additional fields or even pictures. it all looks to plain and has no personality. So, if you agree please upvote so we can get some new features going and bring back innovation to this product!!!
