Some of our hardware, when we check it out to users, requires a return date so they don't hold onto it indefinitely - our wifi hotspots, for instance. We added a custom field for Expected Return and have been updating it, but now we need some way to remind users that their equipment has been out for longer than it was…
This is from issue 02010202. With the previous web interface (up until verrsion 15.5.1) the process of creating a shareing link also included as (I think step 3) to directly upload files which are to be shared. Only when this was done did the link get created and the invitation mail got sent. With the new web GUI uploading…
Case # - 01324166 Software Inventory in WHD In Web Help Desk (WHD) 'Assets' view, we can see a list of Installed Software in the 'Asset Details' tab of a particular asset that has software installed. I would like to create a report that creates a list of all software installed on all assets or specific assets, and if there…
A section to build an equipment checkout form for assets leaving the building that we can attach to incidents. Something that will be a separate section from tickets/incidents, but can still use tasks as a way for the person to acknowledge/approve the policy for taking the equipment out of the building.

Would like to be able to create a report on Cisco switch temperatures in Fahrenheit. Currently the report only shows the temperature units in Celsius.
Microsoft has announced that NTLM will be deprecated: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/whats-new/deprecated-features Based on recent support tickets we opened, it was noted that Solarwinds HCO currently uses NTLM for DPA authentication and some instances of WMI authentication (ie. HyperV polling). Since NTLM is a…
I have a problem that I think might end up being a feature request. When you relate items in SWSD (doesn't matter if it's relating incidents, changes, problems, whatever), this activity does not update the updated_at field for either related item, nor does it generate any audit log. This is currently wreaking havoc for…
It would be great if default for agent monitoring was ICMP instead of Agent for response time. This is real annoying due to large amounts of false down devices we get when it responds normally via ping. All polling method should default to ICMP ping for response time with the option to choose something else.
End users have have the ability to comment on closed or resolved tickets. In IT we don't monitor those tickets. It can be frustrating for the end user as they think we will reply to them. Thank you
