Alert Dashboard

Purpose:

To provide a detailed view of your alerts in easy-to-understand widgets.

Required Custom Properties:

None

Features:

List of all active alerts, the element that is causing the alert, the related node, when the alert triggered, and how long it's been triggered
Acknowledge the alert directly from the widget by clicking on "Unacknowledged"
Once acknowledged, the widget will show the user and timestamp of when the alert was acknowledged
List of "Noisy alerts" for the past 30 days.

This worked great for my environment. I see it working fine.
-To install powershell7 i followed a youtube tutorial as i was not able to update my current version. Now i have both 5.1 and 7 working side by side.
- I then followed the commands to load the Swis (Importing/Exporting Modern Dashboards)
- for the hostname dont use https://abc.domain/ just use "abc.domain/" the orion user name and password (worked for me)

How can i use the above dashboard in our environment. Please guide me the steps.

Once the dashboard is imported you can duplicate the Active Alert widgets or recreate this on other dashboards by copying the query.

Is there any way to import just the Active Alerts widget potentially if the SWQL for this was provided, or can this full thing only work together as it's imported all in one as JSON?

Sorry for the delay! I found my notes in past Teams messages The way I worked round it: "It's doing a LEFT JOIN of all the individual tables that were previously run through with a subquery"

Esentially, replace your subqueries with individual joins for all the tables you're trying to query, and that should work. It's not as tidy but it'll get the job done. Hope that helps!
