Based on some findings, I have created nice Custom HTML widget for enabling printable version of any view. This is perfect for exporting to PDF.
This approach can be used for classic views or reports. Unfortunately, Modern Dashboards are not compatible.
Widget requires HTMLResourceSanitizationEnabled to be disabled in Advanced Configuration:
https://your_server/Orion/Admin/AdvancedConfiguration/Global.aspx
