Link Up and Level Up–Connect Your Accounts for a Seamless Experience
Our goal is to make it faster and easier to access the tools you already use. With linked accounts, you can now:
- Quickly access the customer portal directly from THWACK® without logging in separately
- View the products you own, renewal dates, and license information in a few clicks
- Easily manage support tickets—open new cases and track existing ones without delay
- Stay informed on beta opportunities for products you already own, all in one streamlined experience
As a bonus, you'll receive a one-time reward of 2,000 THWACK® points when you successfully link your THWACK® and customer portal accounts. If you previously linked your accounts when points weren’t being processed, we've made sure to backdate the points for you. However, if you had already linked your accounts in the past and received points at that time, you have already been awarded them. We've reviewed the data to ensure accuracy.
Link with Approach A
- Navigate to your profile image
- Click 'Profile'
- Scroll down and click 'Edit Profile'
- Scroll down until you see the 'THWACK/Customer Portal Account Integration' field and enter your credentials
- Click 'Link Accounts'

- Enter your credentials
- Click 'Link Accounts'
