Currently an agent can export all incident details to PDF manually, incident by incident. Having the ability to include the PDF within an email notification would greatly reduce clerical work for agents and improve workflows. The variable could be added to "Resolved" notifications to give all parties a PDF copy of final details, comments, audit trail, etc. When added to a Generic Template, it could be used for automation rules and form processes, allowing for more granularity on when the file will be sent and to whom.
