While I already know how to Export a table of Incidents as a CSV, I want to be able to include Comments with them. My reason for doing so is because I want to analyze the documented steps of diagnosis and troubleshooting done on our tickets, and so much of that info is (for better or worse) only extensively covered in our…
It would be helpful if reporting options and filtering were more granular, to align the same reporting capabilities of exporting and scheduling from all reporting/auditing sections across the entire service desk account, and not just from the reports section. Specifically, having the and ability to export from task views,…
It would be highly beneficial to have visibility into the status of export requests within the platform. Currently, export operations—especially those involving large datasets—can take a considerable amount of time to complete. Without a status indicator, it's difficult for users to know whether the export is still in…
Hello THWACKians, I have come across @KMSigma.SWI extremely helpful article on how to export/import Modern Dashboards which I have used - thank you KMSigma. But, does anyone have a method to export/import Classic Dashboards? I cannot seem to find if anyone has created a process. Thanks THWACK. --t.m-k

The SolarWinds Demo has some really nice Modern Dashboards that I'd like to utilise within my environment, especially those with the tabs. I haven't found them within the Content Exchange yet and I've tried to export, duplicate and edit and also look at any of the page source code, but I can't seem to drag anything out of…
Can I find out who has escalated a ticket from one group to another using Power BI Connector JSON Data? If yes, then help me with the instructions. If No, then can we add the respective field for the same so that it can be verified? I am using Escalation tag for now to identify the tickets that are getting escalated from…
After using the SWQL and Powershell methods and experiencing issues from time to time, surely there must be a way of implementing an easy import/export button for modern dashboards as there is for Reports and alerts.
Within Ticket Lists you can manipulate column Sets to show more or less data in the rows. Using the Cog button you can then export as a TSV file which includes to data, columns & rows you have selected. Within Asset and Client Lists it is different, although again you can alter the column sets you are offered different…
