Hello!
Posting this as I have noticed the Owner Field is something in the asset management of SWSD that seems to be very useful when you have discovered your devices with the SW Discovery Agent.
However there is one draw back.. Having to manually assign each device owner.
Is this something that can be updated in a Feature request so that this field can be updated with CSV or with some type of automation to update this field with the user field? The reason I say this is because there having the device connected to the users profile makes it beneficial with incident discovery. This would; make the device selectable to the user when submitting there incident & would be helpful for tech working the ticket generated by the end user.
Here is a example of a device that is assigned to me, I can link this to my incident and relate back to this as being the effected device with the issue.
