The CMDB view in ServiceDesk needs a better view. We would like to be able to navigate all our CI through a menu, rather than setting up what is going to turn into 50+ different views and saving them individually. Creating all these views is going to end up being more cumbersome than useful. Ironically, the view that we want is already available in the Setup menu for CI types, but it's unavailable in the actual CMDB.
The following picture shows CI types in the Setup menu.

This second picture shows our old CMDB and how it can be navigated with an almost identical menu, which is unavailable in the actual SW CMDB.

Not having this view is actively deterring us from fully utilizing the SW platform - we may end up just eating the cost of SW and reverting back to our old platform if this can't be added in the future
