I'd love to ability to actually do something, anything with the approval/denial notes left by task users. The ability to forward them through notifications to the requester is necessary for this to even be considered an automation. Otherwise a user has to manually contact someone in the change management process to figure out who denied it and why.
Also, these notes should be pushed along in the process as well as the audit log for reference by anyone else in the change management process.
