It would be helpful if reporting options and filtering were more granular, to align the same reporting capabilities of exporting and scheduling from all reporting/auditing sections across the entire service desk account, and not just from the reports section. Specifically, having the and ability to export from task views,…
Hello Solarwinds Team, Audit logs are critical to our team's understanding with regards to who/when/what objects are being modified - especially when it comes to custom properties. I've noticed inconsistencies across different objects and how they are handled from an audit logging perspective. With the addition of the…
We had an issue where we could not figure out why an approval was assigned to someone, when it never should have been. We couldn't see what the normal supervisor had their Out of Office set to (see my other recently created Feature Request for audit tab on Account screen) and the audit tab of the change ticket just showed…
It would be good to have an audit tab for Accounts. As the admin of this system, sometimes I'm asked to see why an approval went to someone, and it can be difficult to track down why something happened. An audit trail would be good to see what was changed on an account and when.

For example, when changing the City on a node, I get an Audit Event saying my user made that change. When making similar changes on interface, group, application etc. there is no Audited event for this. This…
Sometimes we have to remember what asset was previously assigned to a user and don't always remember the asset itself, but we know which user we're looking for. It would be nice to have an inventory history in their user profile card. I know in Web Help desk it was very easy to see a history of the assets that we're…
As SWSD expands beyond IT, one of our departments asked if we could allow an auditor to view the data. While this seems to be technically possible (creating a role with read-only permissions) I'm fairly sure this would require a license, because the user(s) would need back-end access. But since the user(s) would only need…
What users use the dashboard, and the use recurrency? I don't know, maybe through a log, or maybe any of you have or already create something that help with this. I appreciate your help.
I'd love to ability to actually do something, anything with the approval/denial notes left by task users. The ability to forward them through notifications to the requester is necessary for this to even be considered an automation. Otherwise a user has to manually contact someone in the change management process to figure…
