I'd love to ability to actually do something, anything with the approval/denial notes left by task users. If a user submits a service request and enters incorrect info or the info (i.e. user, date, etc.) has changed, we need the ability to change that info on the requester side or agent side.
We have the ability to set the approver on a Process step to be pulled from a User custom field in the Service Request. It would be great if we could set the approver to the User Custom Field's Manager.
Must create the same process step multiple times. Would be easier if you could replicate them without having to write them out each time.
It will be great to have a way to pull in process fields from a service catalog item into either a filtered view or report?
