TLDR;
Looking to be able to add a Button that can call an automation script to run manually on an incident instead of having to meet specific conditions set by automation triggers
Question:
Could I scope particular automation to appear like a button within a ticket? If I ran that SolarWinds Automation by clicking on the button in the ticket, could it run the automation for just that ticket?
I can run a manual trigger that would be available on each ticket.
Request:
We wanted to have a button that can input a solution or send an email and then manually change the state of a ticket from within the ticket instead of based on the automation conditions.
We are specifically looking to be able to press a button and send an email reminder to a user that we are awaiting their input and to have the ticket set to a "Resolved-No User Response" status.
