Currently, when you setup an approval within a service catalog process or similar, you can assign the approval to an individual or a group of a individuals. When I set the approval to be made by a group of individuals, the notification goes out to all of these users and any one of them can approve/deny the approval task. All this is expected.
However, when someone within that group approves/denies the task, it will only show that the group name has approved/denied the task. I still think that the group name should be present but it would be beneficial to see what individual(s) made the final decisions that are a part of that group. They could be listed below the group name. It would be great to have this information listed within the backend of the ticket for agents and within the portal task menu for service task users so both have transparency on who made the approval/denial. Otherwise, the individual approvers listed only seems to be within the Audit tab for agents which can take time to sort through if numerous changes have been made to the request. It would be more efficient to have it posted out in the open so that the appropriate parties can find the information without relying on someone to retrieve it. I have posted some edited images on improvements could be made.
