We've created dozens of groups in Solarwinds. It would be convenient to have a search box to narrow the view, as in the mock-up below.
Allowing tags for groups in the use case of tag a Group (or add to description) a keyword like 'Outlook' - Then if a user is searching through groups to assign a ticket, if they type the keyword/tag then it would show 'Application Support' group or whatever group is associated with that tag/description.

Our 24x7 monitoring team keeps an eye on change requests and they mute the affected nodes to prevent node alerts being raised. It would be great to be able to Hide some of the groups from the Group Assignment dropdown as well as the Task Assignment drop down so we can filter what can be assigned to what to prevent human error.
