Just got the Web Help Desk (WHD) software. I am already running the NPM and NTA Solarwinds software on a server. Will I have a problem running the WHD on the same server? This is the only thing that is running on this server.

Is there a way to add an image inside a note (not just a link to an image)? There are options when creating notes for Image (asks for url) and for Link (asks for url also). Could this be a bug?

Bad email notification link for survey completion
For the past couple months, the survey completion notification emails contain a bad link to view survey results. This happens for anyone that gets the email notification for a completed survey and happens on all completed survey notifications. It goes to a page stating:

Hi Team, I'm noticing emails are not delivered to the tech when a ticket is reassigned to another tech. I tried this on both 12.7.10-HF1 and 12.7.12-HF1. Any suggestion? It should appear like this below screenshot when a ticket is reassigned.
WHD Asset discovery via WMI fails when using a wildcard SSL certificate
Our WHD host is using a wildcard SSL certificate. When performing Asset Discovery using a WMI connection sync, it finds endpoints but collects none or very few.
