resolved this by pointing env PATH to the whd's pgsql13 bin folder

Might be useful to know which release version of Web Help Desk you are using

version is

12.7.9 - Build #12.7.9.8621

upgraded pgsql from 9 to 13 a while ago, backups were still working then though, latest one i have is from May.

error while loading shared libraries: libpq.so.5: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

resolved this by pointing env PATH to the whd's pgsql13 bin folder
