Bad email notification link for survey completion

For the past couple months, the survey completion notification emails contain a bad link to view survey results. This happens for anyone that gets the email notification for a completed survey and happens on all completed survey notifications. It goes to a page stating:

I think that was a known issue with the increased security added in some mid 12.7.x releases, what release are you running?

I'm seeing the same issue in Web Help Desk (it persists into 12.7.12 - Build #12.7.12.651). It's VERY frustrating because all of this "increased security" has served a lot to just makes the product unusable. Other companies that make Help Desk programs would introduce more security without breaking existing functionality. This is just poor behavior on behalf of the development team. They can do better! I think they just choose not to.

I agree, I think they were trying to plug the fact you could forward the E-Mail to a third party and make the survey but it has destroyed this functionality.
