Get the latest news about SolarWinds Web Help Desk (WHD)
We have our tomcat running on port 80 and 443. I can access the Nextgen interface but when I go to login, it redirects my web browser to port 8443. As my helpdesk is not on 8443, I am taken to a 404 error. Has anyone seen this? The URL also has my username and password in plain text.

I see on today's update that the NextGen framework is available. I would like to see more documentation on it, but my Google-fu is failing me. We are using SAML, so I can't upgrade to it just yet. Any idea on a timeframe for that availability?
I'm trying to migrate data from WHD using an online migration tool via usrname & AIP key method, but keeping getting permission error 403. I made the WHD URL publicly accessible via specific IPs and ensure I use WHD Admin account for the API but I still get 403 error. Any suggestions?
Good Afternoon, We have a task with 9 elements. We would like to cc someone other than the tech when task 7 is run. So the tech receives a ticket but a client will also receive a copy of that particular ticket/task. Is that possible? Thanks in advance for the feedback.
Created an Action Rule under the Processes, then went into Action tab and Send E-Mail however do not see an option to add the content of the ticket into an email message. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
Why are there 2 different versions of very different size for the new installer? Did I miss something? Last thing I want to do is re-run an entire upgrade process. Which is the correct installer?
