Hello!
I would like to request a new feature to be present in the Automation rule actions section. Currently, you can set the action to update a record after a condition has been triggered. I am wanting to request the ability to "unassign" a ticket. Right now, the way I do this would be:
Actions -> update record -> assigned to -> TEST USER
TEST USER is a user account I created for the purpose of testing.
TEST USER is not apart of any group assignment
Toggle ENABLED | Filter assignee field based on group assignment
Toggle ENABLED | 'Assigned to' field displays only users and queue members
The result of this the system CAN'T assign the ticket to TEST USER without breaking a rule(s), but it still needs to perform an action in the 'assigned to' field; therefor, the ticket gets unassigned.
My feature request is to have "—not set—" and / or "-1" present in the automation rule actions when changing the "assigned to" field. This would ensure no round-about way needs to be taken, and this would free up TEST USER to be able to test groups and group assignments without disrupting live workflow.
