We have some Service Catalog items we use for internal processes only, but there are a lot of tasks and comments associated with them. I'd like the ability to set custom notification settings on these templates, for example, only send notifications when it is created and to a specific user if they are tagged/mentioned in the comments, but no notifications on general comments (or any other change).
