When filtering the incident view, there are several time based options, and they all have 'windows' of time. It would be great to be able to narrow that down. For example, we currently select from:
- last day
- last 7 days
- last 14 days
- last 30 days
- last 60 days
- last 90 days
In our current use case, we would like to identify all tickets not updated within the past three days. Could that be made a number field instead of a selection drop down, to allow any number instead of fixed options?
