I would like to be able to permit our Agents to create/update/work on service catalog items, but also restrict them from requesting items that are in the Draft state. This is not currently possible.
This is a great idea. I don't know why Agents are able to even see the Draft Catalog Items in the "Portal" view?
There should be a way to allow Service Agents to see Draft Catalogs in Platform view, but not be able to see or Request them in Portal view.
Im not sure why this is a feature for Agents. Sometimes I remove old catalog items and set them in Draft and Agents forget, lack of communication, new Agents are hired and unaware, etc. They will send them to requesters to fill out, but requesters wont see them due to them being Draft.
