It would be helpful if reporting options and filtering were more granular, to align the same reporting capabilities of exporting and scheduling from all reporting/auditing sections across the entire service desk account, and not just from the reports section.
Specifically, having the and ability to export from task views, users, groups- (with the ability to export the group member users listed in each group), and from Dashboard widgets data.
Subsequently, expanding the Data Export- aka custom reports options for more scalability to offer custom reporting data exports not limited to only Computer and software inventory, risks and contracts. Please add tasks, incidents, users and groups for a well rounded customization experience for exporting data records most relative to each individual account's utilization.
