We have a number of business users set up as Service Task Users, to enable them to approve changes. They are not appropriate to set up as Service Agents, as they do not need the full functionality of SWSD (and frankly it would be prohibitively expensive for them all to have a full licence).
However, the quality of the the checking that is being carried out by approvers before they click the big green APPROVE button in their email is somewhat lacking.
I would like to be able to allow (or maybe force) approvers (or anyone cc'd on a Change) to open the change and view it as a Service Agent would, so that they can properly assess it before approving.
