hello i am trying the web help desk i synced my active directory and authentication is set to help desk yet cannot login with any active directory user i go to hostname:8081 , but keeps getting incorrect username or password ( domain\user ) i am able to create new accounts though what to do ? few restarts fixed the issue
Is it possible to hide a child asset from a client? I started using our WHD to try and track our software, but my manager does not like how it adds the software to the clients list of available assets to choose from when creating tickets. Can you hide these from the client?
