Apologies if this has been asked elsewhere in this forum, but I could not find anything that matches my specific question by searching so I shall ask:
We would like to disable the ability for our users to submit new tickets by email, however we would like to retain the ability for clients and CC'd users to send ticket updates via email. Is this possible in WHD? Currently on version 12.7.2 and any insight someone could provide is helpful. Thank you in advance!
