I installed on dev system today, upgrading from version 12.7.5. So far no issues seen.
I've now installed 12.7.7 my development server and seems to be work okay so far.

Big change if you are using PostgreSQL as your database, other than that a few bug fixes it appears.
We installed 12.7.7 on Friday and WHD has slowed to a crawl. Some pages are taking over 3 minutes to load.
We have had that problem before. You need to make a change in the Java heap memory allocation. See support.solarwinds.com/.../Performance-Tuning-in-Web-Help-Desk-to-fix-slow-performance

We ended up changing the server that WHD was installed on. We are now back to normal.
As a guide to others... What's the spec for your old and new servers. How many techs?

Much better with Hot Fix 1 although some thought is needed if using PostgreSQL Database type and considering the move to PG13.
12.7.7 HF1 is good and stable and we are using it on our production server
