The "E-Mail Reminder Interval" setting on the "Approval Basics" tab of the approval process should be what you're looking for (i think!)
I believe that the E-mail reminder Interval if for the client and tech. But I will test it out and see if that is what I am looking for. Thanks for the help Kellytice.
