Can anyone elaborate why the cab process change is happening in 12.8? I don't totally understand as you can have it approve before with just setting the minimum approvers to 1. Now you can lose that option if you use the "new" format.
I was searching through to see if there is a feature where when an approval is approved/denied, an email is sent to notify the other members of that CAB that the request is fulfilled. Is there currently a way to set this? I see this has been requested a few years ago but not seeing any actions to if this is obtainable.
We have been experiencing some odd behavior with our WHD recently. Over that last 30 days or so we have had two instances where ticket creation emails are flowing, but the approval emails for our CAB processes are not. Rebooting the server fixes the issue. Some of our users need a workflow system for our CAB process. Specifically, we need the process to branch depending on decisions made during approval. In some cases a step may need to be repeated depending on the decisions made by the CAB.
I have a problem with my CAB approvers updating. As of now when it attaches the approval process from the CAB it's showing an out dated list of users. Is there somewhere that I need to visit and clean to fix this issue?
