Hi, I have create a custom poller for my Huawei S-series switchs. Everything is OK except for the vendor icon. How can I get solarwinds to recognise Huawei equipment and automatically add the vendor icon? Before the custom poller, with the default node details poller, the icon is the right one.
I am in the process of integrating Solarwinds with our environment. We are mostly an Aruba and Fortinet shop, with some Cisco and Palo sprinkled around. So far I have not see any issues with Aruba Switches and APs, or Cisco Switches, or Palo Alto firewalls when polling those devices. It appears Solarwinds is well…

I had an alert working, I thought, that would trigger based on a value from the UPS that showed the number of seconds the UPS had been on battery. It is just the count of seconds. I can test this in the Universal Device Poller and at the step where you assign a poller to a device or group of devices and the value is…
I'm quite confident with NPM/SAM and wrote many some PowerShell monitors. Now i got the task to monitor several Poseidon temperature/humidity/water sensors. I was able to import the nodes with SNMP and created Universal Device Pollers and also transformers to show the values with units and also show a graph. Works great.…

Good afternoon All. We were able to get the Meraki API polling to work, and it looks very nice. The only problem is, how do you drill down? Like in the example below (I pulled IP identifying info from the image) We cannot click on the listed AP's , nodes or interafcaes, and drill down to that device .. Does anyone know how…
