How can we create the report for the down interface on specific/multiple group/group members. I tried to get the information from interface down report but it is not helping in the expected output.

Most convenient way is to create 'custom properties' - custom properties are very useful which can be used for reporting or dashboard or alerting.
Custom Properties for Interfaces
I tries to assign the but due to restrictions form the concerned team we are not able to add more details as custom properties, do we have any other option to achieve this
