F5 rSeries native Poller not supporting or available, Device Studio shows Not a Match.

Could anyone suggest how the Node Details and other details for F5 rSeries could be updated, as I have tried to fetch the Node details through Device studio and while trying to assign it shows

but while testing on same node current value is reflecting, also all details could be seen on SNMP walk results, but is not reflecting on the dashboard.

There is no native MIB support still, could see a feature Request gkjono. & also similar Question raisedtrilobite_rex

If what you need isn't visible then you will need to create a custom poller.

They are relatively straightforward to do, just you need to make sure you have all necessary OIDs. Then you assign it and do a poll now and wait for a refresh.

Hey @stuartd , Thanks for the response, we could see that OIDs are supported, there are correct values showing for the OIDs but when we create the poller and trying to assign it shows not a match.

am assuming issue is with the node F5 rSeries, we are not seeing the output on the node details or other objects over the Dashboard which we could see on the SNMP walk.

To be clear, I'm talking about creating a custom poller and not just a partial poller?

if it say it's not a match then something is either not supported or possibly the wrong OID has been used? When creating the poller did you set one of your rSeries to be the "test node"? If yes, and all responded with appropriate data at that point then I think it is probably time to raise a ticket with support.

Dumb question time... you did walk the node and confirm the OIDs actually exist?

Yes the OIDs exist, not for all objects but for those are receiving tool is not Properly Responding.
