I'm currently doing some research on a potential new feature for a request type in my company. We would like to be able to have a file be sent out to a client as soon as they submit a ticket for a certain request type. This file being sent out would reduce the amount of work that the client has to do, thus reducing the amount of error. However, I can't seem to find a feature within the WHD software to perform this action.
In my research, I looked into "Tasks", hoping that it would provide some form of process automation, however this was not the case as far as I can tell. Would anyone happen to know if there is a hidden feature that I'm missing that would allow me to have this workflow? Or does this functionality not exist in the WHD environment?
