I am currently configuring user roles in SolarWinds Service Desk and would like to implement more granular restrictions for incident assignment.
At the moment, assignment restrictions can be applied globally (all users) or not applied at all. However, there is no option to limit which specific users can be selected in the “Group Assignment” and “Assigned To” fields.
I would like to request a feature that allows administrators to define a restricted scope of selectable users for these assignment fields based on role, group, or custom configuration. This would provide more precise control over incident routing and responsibility management.
