We would like to receive an alert any time a process integration action fails while processing a service catalog request, change request, etc. so we can catch the failure early and update the ticket manually, or re-submit as necessary.
Currently the only way to achieve this is to add a notification action to the 'ON FAILURE' block of a process integration action which is cumbersome and leads to a lot of duplication when there are a large number of forms, each of which might have several process integration steps.
A nice quality of life improvement would be to have a global setting that could be configured to send an email notification to a specified user or group any time a process integration fails.
