Enable Automations for Problem Tickets

Good Day,

We think it would be beneficial to include Problems in the drop down for automations. Currently Incident/Service Request and Change are available, but we would like to create automations to notify Problem owners to provide updates to their problem tickets if there is a lapse in work on them.

Totally agree. Problem module is pretty basic. Would love to be able to notify them for the problem tasks as well.

This would be a great addition. For example, Users could complete a custom form specific to the issue they are experiencing which could then be attached (related) to the Problem via automation.

Our technicians have repeatedly requested an automated email reminder for Problems. This appears to be a fundamental functionality gap rather than a feature that should require voting or prioritization as a new request.
