Currently, the Intune Integration with Service Desk only integrates machines that are currently imaged and active within Intune. However, we typically get our machine Serial Numbers importanted into our environment from our Vendor so once we power them on, and they connect to the internet, they will get setup with our custom image. Once the machines get setup, they download the agent, and we are able to track them that way. But for inventory purposes, we would like to be able to track them prior to the imaging process.
