as of 3/8/2021 we are no longer able to simply hit enter after adding the details to the time track field and instead have to use the mouse to click on the enter button on the screen. This is significantly slower then before and when I have a call queue things like this matter. ALT+ENTER is the same keyboard shortcut used when resolving the ticket so for consistency I recommend that one here as well.
Please add the keyboard shortcut ALT+ENTER to add the record to the ticket instead of having to hit the enter button.
