I've had a few people ask if we could turn off certain fields that are not needed in various forms at this point. Unfortunately, none of them have been custom fields and all of them are optional to the form that is being submitted. For example, the requests I've received are:
- Remove the entire Billing and Shipping section from Purchase Orders
- Remove the Site field from Contracts
- Remove Site and Department fields from Changes
I definitely understand the desire to simplify the entry side of a form, especially when the fields are never used or when they are, they are used incorrectly. Can this be a future enhancement we could get to the Custom Forms feature?
