Fairly simple feature request - On custom forms (or incident forms, or service catalog forms, etc) there's often a need to display relevant guidelines or information for end users using the form. Sometimes the "alt text" is insufficient for this purpose. It would be nice to have a custom field type (essentially Rich Text box) where we could plug in info, then have it displayed inline into forms.
I could see using this to break up otherwise long forms into relevant sections (with a description and guidelines for each section) - or provide suggestions on information IT would like to get from end users during the incident submission process.
