We had lot of tickets which is in "waiting" status, for example:
- waiting for starting date
- waiting for approval
- etc. which need to set a date in the future
In SolarWinds ticket system, is there any way to set the reminding for the future actions?
I just want to ask is there any functions or settings which can add a reminder in a ticket or not.
From example, I created a Service Catalog with some available processes, but I cannot add the reminder in case of necessary."
