It would be convenient to have an Archive state for Service Catalog items and Solutions. There are situations where certain pieces of software or processes are retired, but we don't want to delete the article or form. We would rather archive it to have it as a reference.
Using the Draft state doesn't work well for this since Drafts start to get cluttered with a combination of work-in-progress items mixed with old items.
