Add Multi-select User Field for Service Requests

Sometimes there is a need to get a list of users from the requester to fulfil a request. For example, if someone wants a new Distribution List, you would want them to include a list of users to be in the new list. Or if someone is switching roles, you may want to know who is now reporting to this person.

The only way to do that currently is to use a Text Field or a Text Area. This opens things up to typos and other issues. If there was a way to select multiple users, it would be ideal for this kind of request.

I'm currently trying to automate some things using a combination of tickets and the service desk API. 

I ran into the road block of I need people to select the unique people they need in the tickets rather than type names where nicknames can be used and would break automation.
So, I thought about creating a custom multi pick field where I could populate the list but it's manual only? The API doesn't appear to expose an endpoint to keep custom fields updated otherwise I would have had a solution. 

So, for now I either have to wait until you guys make one or make my own front end to grab the data then create the ticket with the required data + unique users which is quite abit of work for something so simple that's missing from the Service Desk. PLEASE MAKE THIS A THING!! UPVOTE 1000!
