Basically we would like to access and customize the standard incident form - essentially treat it just like any other custom form - or have the option to replace it entirely with a custom form.
Tabs do not work correctly on the incident form (user interface). Instead of going to the next field, they seem to bypass any fields that have a drop-down/selection option. This requires constant back and forth between the keyboard and mouse, resulting in repetitive stress injuries for us users. This needs to be fixed.
When adding a custom field to the new ticket form (Incidents), it gets added to all tickets, regardless of whether it is an incident or a service request.
