For a Process on Approval we have used "Incident Requestor Manager" to automate an Approval for their Manager. In some cases though the Manager is incorrect, the Manager would like to defer to someone else, or they are just Out of Office. We would like a way to allow a permission to be included for a Service Agent User to change this drop down to someone else. This could be done through an existing permission like "Manage: Incidents" or a new permission could be added for "Manage: Assignment"
