Currently only able to create a role, and if one of those users is needing to perform additional responsibilities, you have to create a completely new role to incorporate what they currently do and along with the new role. There are not very many people who do more than one role but the few do not perform the same duties.

We just migrated from the ITSM to the ESM platform yesterday morning and the migration went very smoothly. Prior to the migration, we were utilizing AD security groups and rules within OneLogin for provisioning to automatically add users to a correct role. Now with the EMS, that does not seem possible. I do realize that…
* Granular Permissions and Flexibility We're working on adding more specific roles and permissions, and it would be helpful to have more flexibility in how permissions are assigned or restricted. * Improved 'Scope' Selection Instead of the current single dropdown under "Scope" when adding a permission, it would be nice to…

Please add the "Ad-Hoc" restriction Scope to "Create" "Incidents". Changes already has this. It would solve the problem around restricting creating general tickets in a category/subcategory, while still allowing requesting items from the Service Catalog that are in that category/subcategory. Currently, if you have a…
