Currently, in the process workflow for Service Requests and Changes, an approval comes with the envelope icon to send a reminder approval to the assignee. We would like to have the same feature available on tasks, as not everyone logs into Solarwinds Service Desk as a Task User just to see what tasks they have assigned to them.
