Hello SolarWinds Support,
We have a service catalog form for HR and hiring managers to fill out for all new employees to help our IT department successfully create and setup the user with little to no error.
I am running into an issue with not being able to edit the service catalog fields after the request has been created. Once you fill out the service catalog and send the request in, you can’t make any changes to the fields, not even as a licensed agent or admin.
For example, in this ticket I would like to change the “Keyboard & Mouse” field to “Yes” so there is minimal confusion down the line. See below:

Do you know if this is possible or upcoming in the near future?
