It would be very helpful to be able to use the Out of Office status of an employee/agent (but specifically an agent) as a modifying field when writing rules in the system.
For example - I want to create a notification rule to send me an e-mail if anyone who is out of office is actively assigned a ticket. Right now, I have to create a rule and manually update the agents' names who are out of the office each morning, vs being able to select 'Out Of Office' as a modifier in the rule set to determine whether or not to apply the rule:

I could see this being useful for other rules and situations as well - it would be nice to be able to trigger a notification when an Agent is Out Of Office and currently has any tickets assigned to them that are expected to breach SLA while they're out, or even if they are in a specific state that still needs a response (like 'In Progress').
Now that there is an ability to set Out Of Office, please let us use that as a variable when writing rules. Ideally we should be able to use this field within Time Based condition as well (pertaining to the duration of the OOO period) but even just having the ability to use it as a Yes/No toggle would be helpful.
